Concept

The concept of development of the territory involves the implementation of the project in two stages.

Stage 1

Will include the implementation of a country hotel with an expanded infrastructure, which will include a modern SPA-complex, restaurant, sauna complex, children’s club and other recreational facilities. Capacity 108 people

Stage 2

Includes the implementation of sanatorium-resort facility for 156 rooms with a wide range of services and areas with guest houses for long term rent. Capacity 360 people

In the framework of the Concept, we developed and provided

• residential buildings in two stages with maximum preservation of the forest area
• construction of the main building with a restaurant and a terrace
• three wings, two of which occupies the room fund, and the third is the medical center
• a separate VIP residential zone with houses of high comfort with a helipad
• SPA-complex, bath houses and visitor center
• administrative and technical zone
• allocation of transport and pedestrian flows
• walking routes, small architectural forms and facilities for active and passive recreation of adults and children
• beaches: the concept includes the organization of two beaches, one at each stage
• functional zoning of facilities
