Olginka Multifunctional hotel complex

The project represents a modern resort hotel located in an environmentally clean zone of Krasnodar Krai. The main concept is the creation of a multifunctional hotel complex that harmoniously blends into the natural landscape, preserving the unique features of the environment, including the pine forest and scenic views of the Black Sea.

Particular attention in the project was given to the complex terrain — a steep cliff, which required well-thought-out engineering solutions. To ensure the safety and comfort of guests, especially families with children, the cliff was integrated into the overall design of the complex.

The main hotel building was placed on a cliff, providing guests with panoramic views of the sea and pine forest. The natural elements of the site — rocks, pines, and seawater — are reflected in the architectural design and building materials. The combination of these elements creates a balanced appearance for the hotel, harmonizing with the surrounding environment. Natural materials such as stone, wood, and glass are used for the finishes

The hotel is designed with the needs of different target groups in mind: family tourists, active travelers, VIP clients, and business tourists. The complex offers various leisure scenarios, including SPA procedures, active walks, children’s activities, and corporate conferences. The following zones have been provided for these purposes:

• Guest Areas: Comfortable rooms in various categories (from standard to luxury and apartments).
• Restaurant Areas: Including the main restaurant with a terrace and a summer bar by the pool.
• SPA and Pools: Indoor and outdoor pools, sunbathing terraces, and a full SPA zone with massage rooms and saunas for relaxation and health recovery.
• Parking and Technical Areas: Parking is located near the entrance to reduce vehicle flow in the recreational areas and minimize noise impact
