A distinctive feature of the project will be its own production of eco-friendly products, which will be used in the complex’s restaurant. This highlights the commitment to sustainable development and ecological principles, as well as creating a unique gastronomic experience for guests.

The agricultural complex will supply eco-friendly products to the hotel and the settlement’s residents. These natural ingredients will form the basis of the restaurant’s menu, helping to optimize costs. This concept will create a synergistic effect, attracting guests to the hotel and increasing the commercial appeal of real estate in the settlement.

The architectural style of the complex harmonizes with the natural surroundings, featuring low-rise buildings, natural materials, panoramic glazing for views of nature, and stylish minimalist designs. SPA Complex

The SPA complex with unique panoramic features will serve as a key attraction. The building is designed with the terrain in mind; the central part is located on a slope, reducing the need for extensive excavation. The interior includes a reception area, guest changing rooms (up to 112-person capacity), treatment rooms, a hall with an indoor pool, and a thermal area. The poolside relaxation zone accommodates 30-40 lounge chairs. It also features a children’s play and swimming area, while the thermal zone offers Finnish and herbal saunas, a hammam, a massage room, and ice and salt rooms.

A highlight of the complex is the heated infinity pool with a transparent edge and a multi-level terrace with views of the Yenisei River. The upper level of the terrace connects to the building and includes a large lounge area with two hot tubs; the middle level has a beach bar, tables, changing rooms, and restrooms; the lower level features an outdoor pool. The terraces accommodate 130-150 lounge chairs and 50-60 seating places.
