The concept of the Gagarin Country Hotel Complex is a multifunctional hotel located in the Smolensk region. The primary goal of the project is to attract a broad target audience, including residents of nearby areas and tourists from Moscow, offering various forms of nature-based recreation. The project is focused on creating a universal and sustainable complex with an emphasis on nature, simplicity, and thematic design.

Key Features and Design Philosophy:

The theme of the complex is based on the idea of “military patriotism,” subtly integrated into the architecture and functions of the buildings. For example, grill pavilions are styled as military bunkers, and there are also plans for an obstacle course and a shooting range. These thematic elements are designed to create a unique atmosphere while remaining harmonious and not overly intrusive.

Project Development Stages:

The project is divided into several stages, providing flexibility and scalability. In the first stage, both existing and new structures will be developed, including a reception building, guest houses, glamping, modular homes, a restaurant, a bath complex, and a fishing base. Subsequent stages will develop the recreational zone and additional accommodations based on demand.

Zoning and Infrastructure:

The zoning of the territory is designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for guests. The residential zones are located away from noisy public centers, mainly oriented toward the forest. The restaurant is centrally located near a pond, offering scenic views. The bath complex and SPA are situated near the smaller pond to create a private and relaxing atmosphere. The sports and entertainment zone is placed further away from the residential areas, with the forest and walking paths serving as a buffer between them.
