About the project

Objective: To develop a concept for the reconstruction of an unfinished sanatorium in a complex of historical value. Preserving the necessary parameters typical of 5*, to maximize the number of rooms, develop the layout of the medical unit, SPA complex and lobby area. Update the concept of facades and develop the design concept of interiors of rooms, restaurant and hotel lobby.
