CONCEPTION

To accommodate the guests projected:

• residential buildings – 2 units at 23-25 rooms standard area of 22 sq.m.
• guest house studio – 14 pcs.
• guest house with one bedroom – 12 pcs.
• host house with two bedrooms – 5 pcs

• Restaurant in the Visitor Center for 88 seats, with a summer terrace for 102 seats. In warm weather, the possibility of combining a restaurant with a terrace on the street
• lobby bar spa complex for 18 seats
• dining room in the apartment building for 48 seats.

For events, seminars, conferences, banquets, celebrations organized groups and individuals projected:

• wine/tea house of 76.5 square meters for 10-15 seats
• marquee of 150-200 square meters for 80-100 seats.

For the health and recreation of the guests projected:

• SPA complex with a medical unit – a separate independent complex with the ability to receive outside visitors
• mini-SPA for 30 seats
• bathhouses with bathing yards: a bath for 12-15 people and a bath for 4-5 people, 3 pcs
• waterfall with a beach area
• trail barefoot

Organization of recreation on the territory of the complex: For games and recreation for children provided:

• playgrounds, playgrounds divided into 2 age categories: for children 2-7 years and for children 7-12 years.
